Our sports physician makes a detailed analyis of body composition on an InBody 770 analyzer to objectively evaluate your body’s functional condition.
Fitness testing using the KeepFit program, which was specially developed for Encore Fitness, means that based on the club physician’s recommendations and the functional testing results, we can prepare a training program that takes your individual specifics and training level into consideration, and come up with the optimum daily regimen and diet to meet your goals. Based on the diagnostic results, your trainer will provide you with a comprehensive training plan and nutritional recommendations that take your goals, medical indications and contraindications into account.

Your progress and achievements are important to us, which is why club membership includes followup functional and fitness testing. Intermediate checkups will enable us to judge the effectiveness and results of independent and personal training sessions and modify your exercise plan if required.
